Gospel Study Challenge asks for a few pieces of personal information upon creating an account. Required information includes a username and a valid email address. The email address is used for receiving communications about activities you are involved in. These notifications can be turned off through the settings screen in the app. Also, Gospel Study Challenge does not send any additional emails until the user has verified their email address through an email sent upon sign up.
Optional information includes the user's real name. The user's email address is never made public. Your username and real name (if you choose to provide it) are made visible in the app's "Manage Friends" section. This cannot be disabled.
We do not share or sell any of our information and take reasonable steps to protect your email address and password.
If privacy is a significant concern and you are not interested in the social aspect of Gospel Study Challenge Pro, please check out our free version of the app, Gospel Study Challenge Lite. This version keeps its information on your device and only communicates with the server to check for updated Works information.
